1. Delivery of Digital Services (SaaS)

eCARD.TEL provides digital business card services delivered electronically.

Access to your digital business card and related SaaS features is granted immediately upon successful subscription activation and account confirmation.

There is no physical shipment required for standard digital services.

All conditions relating to activation, availability, service delivery, and access are governed by the Terms & Conditions, which users are required to read and accept.

1. NFC Physical Business Cards (Option)

From time to time, eCARD.TEL may offer optional NFC-enabled physical business cards linked to your digital business card and make them available into your country.

Availability of NFC cards:

May vary depending on your country of residence.

May be temporarily unavailable.

May be discontinued without prior notice.

May be subject to production or logistics constraints.

Shipping to certain countries or addresses may not be possible at the time of your request.

If you are interested in ordering an NFC physical card, please contact us through your user panel. We will confirm availability and shipping feasibility based on your location.

Where NFC cards are not immediately available, we may inform you through appropriate and timely messaging once they become available upon request.

1. No Guarantee of Physical Availability

The Company does not guarantee continuous production, availability, or international shipping of NFC physical cards.

Digital SaaS services remain fully operational independently of any physical NFC product.
